Receiving Payments with BlockATM

How to Receive Payments
Method
API Integration: Your merchant platform must integrate with BlockATM's API and Webhooks to enable the BlockATM checkout process. This integration allows your customers to pay using our checkout interface. API Document: https://blockatm.readme.io/reference/qr-code-payment
Customer Payment: The customer can then access the QR code cashier to complete the payment by scanning the QR code or copying the assigned wallet address to make the token transfer by their wallet.
Payment Confirmation: Once the customer has completed the payment, the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. You will receive a notification through Webhooks, and the funds will be credited to your BlockATM account.
Fees and Charges
BlockATM charges a service fee for each transaction you receive. The service fee is calculated as 0.4% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of 3 USDT.
For example, if you receive a payment of 100 USDT, the service fee would be 0.4 USDT (0.4% of 100 USDT). However, since the minimum fee is 3 USDT, you would be charged 3 USDT for the transaction. This means that 97 USDT will be credited to your BlockATM account after the payment is completed.
Viewing Payment History
Dashboard Access: Log in to your BlockATM dashboard.
Payment History: Navigate to the "Total Received Token" card to view a detailed history of all payments received.
Handling Payment Failures
If a payment fails, it is crucial to investigate the cause. Common reasons for failure include incorrect wallet addresses, network errors, or insufficient funds. If the issue persists, contact BlockATM support for assistance.
